How To Place An Order

Welcome to HomeDecorators.com!

To begin shopping, either type the 5-digit Product Number (ex. 12345) from your catalog or a product keyword in the "Search" box. Press return or the Go button to begin your search. If an exact match appears, you will be automatically directed to the "Product Detail" page. If your search results in more than one match, you may search again or browse any subcategory. To view a product in detail, click the thumbnail photo.

You also may shop by category. First, click a category, then a subcategory. To browse additional thumbnail photos, click the page numbers (found on the lower left hand corner of your browser window).

Once you've made your color, size and quantity selection from the pull-down menus on the "Product Detail" page, click Add to Shopping Cart. To continue shopping, search or browse again.

To complete your order, click View Shopping Cart and follow the step-by-step instructions. When you submit your order, you will immediately receive a 7-digit confirmation number. After your order is processed (within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order), you will receive an 8-digit order number by e-mail. This order number is the number you can use to track your purchase.

Delivery

We ship most in-stock orders within 24 hours and are shipped by FedEx Home Delivery service. Your credit card will not be charged* until your order has been shipped (*see Direct Shipping below for exceptions). Freight surcharges, in addition to processing/shipping charges, are denoted in the product description. We're sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. For shipments to APO or FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands or other international destinations, please call 1-877-537-8539 (toll-free) to place your order.

All orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via air service and you will be appropriately charged.

We are sorry, but we are unable to schedule delivery for an exact date and time. Once your item ships, it takes approximately seven to ten business days for it to be received. We also cannot promise a phone call before your item is delivered. If you are not home when the shipping company tries to deliver, they will either leave the package or leave a note. Check your Order Status to receive your expected shipping date and tracking number.

In-Home Delivery
In-Home delivery, denoted by

, includes bringing your purchase inside your home (up to two flights of stairs), unpacking and placing it wherever you choose, and removing and discarding all packing materials. Please note that assembly is not provided.

Return and Exchange Guarantee

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, please return it within 45 days. We will refund the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your refund. A return received after 45 days (but within 90 days) qualifies for a merchandise credit or exchange only.

Due to the nature of custom-made and personalized items, cancellations will not be permitted. Note: We are not liable for any misspellings or incorrect characters entered by the customer for personalized items. These items also are non-returnable; however, in the event your item arrives damaged or defective, we will happily provide an exact replacement at no additional cost.
